UCHS ANNOUNCES TOP TEN
Union City High School has release the names of the top ten students in each class. To qualify for this distinction, students must be enrolled in the Union City High School Preparatory Magnet School. Scholars and their guests will be honored at a banquet on April 30. The Top Ten for each grade are as follows:

PowerSchool Parent Portal |
Parent and students now have online access to grades and attendance through the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Parents are also able to set up email notifications to automatically inform them of new information as it becomes available.
To begin using the portal, please call you child's school to schedule a time to pick up your access information.

The Union City Schools Foundation is an independent community-based organization, formed exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. The foundation was formed to enhance opportunities offered children in the Union City School System. The foundation is 501(c)3 organization and is funded by donations from individuals and estates. All donations are tax-deductible. For additional information, contact the Union City Board of Education at 885-3922.
Established in 1996, the UCS Foundation has funded over $1,700,000 in educational and athletic projects for Union City Schools. The Foundation supports the pursuit of excellence in our schools by providing above and beyond budgeted public funding.
In 2011-2012, the UCS Foundation is funding:
-incentives for reading programs -additional copies of novels and classroom books -student awards for academics, behavior and citizenship -challenging vocabulary books to expand critical thinking -ACT prep classes -science lab materials and equipment
